SMS Terms

Office text messages

With your permission, Educational Evals sends administrative text messages from 561-910-0835 about appointment paperwork, secure card setup, and appointment cancellations. This program does not send marketing messages.

Participation is optional. Viewing these terms does not enroll you in texting; permission is obtained separately. These terms do not replace the practice’s evaluation policies or card authorization agreement.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with your appointment, outstanding paperwork, and replies. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile provider with questions about your plan’s charges.

Stopping messages and getting help

Reply STOP to 561-910-0835 to unsubscribe from this texting program. You may receive a confirmation message. Stopping texts does not cancel your appointment or complete outstanding forms.

Reply HELP for help. You can also call or text Dr. Elman at 561-470-8660 or email rebeccaelman@gmail.com.

Replies

Up to three replies from your number per day can be forwarded to Dr. Elman's phone, shared across office notices. Your fourth and subsequent replies that day are not forwarded. The allowance resets at midnight Eastern Time; withheld replies are not forwarded the next day. Long replies may be shortened, and attachments are not forwarded to her phone. To continue the conversation, call or text 561-470-8660 or email rebeccaelman@gmail.com. If Dr. Elman responds by text, she sends a new message from 561-470-8660.

Delivery

Messages may be delayed or undelivered. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Please notify the practice if your mobile number changes.

Use the secure card setup page for payment card details rather than sending them by text.
